Hi, I'm Matan

I am an experienced CTO / VP R&D / Leader that is proficient in scaling Engineering orgs from 0-200. I've done that twice in both Illusive (Cyber, Acquired by Proofpoint) and Komodor (DevOps Tech) where I built, defined, scaled and nurtured high-performing R&D Orgs.

We will start with a speedy get-to-know session and soon after we will start tackling dilemmas or any other challenge you are facing with.

I will wear both the Mentor and the Consultant hats, to maximize growth but also optimize on speed of process.
